CHRISTMAS SHIPPING:

To receive your delivery before Christmas, please note that our cut-off time is 3pm on the 18th of December.

All orders placed after the 19th of December will not be processed until the 5th of January.

Please allow additional time for potential delays with postal and courier services, as this is a busy period and delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

For international and EU orders, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of the cut-off date, as transit times may vary and can be significantly longer during the holiday period.

Standard shipping:

We offer free shipping on UK orders over £200 and to all international orders over £250

Please allow 1-2 days for the ND team to quality check, package and deliver the parcels to our local Royal Mail service.

All orders are dispatched via a Tracked and Signed service to UK customers (2-3 days) EU customers (4-5 days) and outside of EU customers (7-10 days).

We are happy to offer a refund within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused, with all labels and in the original packaging. If you do decide to return any items from your order, you are required to cover any costs when returning an item to us. View full shipping and returns policy.
