Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Working as part of the core team, you’ll need to have a bright and happy-to-help disposition, be extremely organised and assert yourself as one of the go-to members of the studio. You will be a valuable member of the team to help ensure the studio and web store runs as smoothly as possible. This position will require creativity and self drive and will cover a diverse range of tasks to keep you energised and there are plenty of opportunities to make the role your own.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years minimum experience with ecommerce and marketing or equivalent role
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • A hunger to constantly improve our direct to consumer strategy to drive sales
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Experienced knowledge working with Shopify 
  • Knowledge in Zedonk software is desired 
  • Experience with working as a team

Primary Marketing Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for processing web orders or delegating these tasks to junior team
  • Organising webstore inventory to ensure stock count is accurate
  • Handle our webstore customer service email inbox
  • Assist in the organising of promotional events and physical/digital activations
  • Create graphics/videos for ecommerce and social content to promote seasonal collections and specific events across our channels.
  • Coordinating seasonal and adhoc photography shoots to generate fresh content, and strategically scheduling their release on web/social platforms. 
  • Ensure all website content and set-up is up-to date, accurate and engaging. 
  • Use analytics tools to gather data and gauge the success of campaigns.  
  • Support in the process of seeding/promotion of product to distribute out to customers/creative community. 
  • Supporting the brand founder in the growth and maintenance of wholesale partners, and completing admin associated with wholesale customers.
  • Support with organising seasonal sales appointments and maintaining communication with wholesale accounts.
  • Assistance in all ad-hoc requirements for wholesales and online channels. 

Primary Studio Responsibilities 

  • Handle our studio enquiries email inbox
  • Updating and maintaining the studio calendar
  • Support with daily studio upkeep ensuring that the studio and stockroom areas are tidy and well-organised at all times
  • Assisting with the general studio admin and logistics sending and receiving deliveries
  • Support with organising special projects through the year
  • Organising courier pickups, deliveries, post etc. relating to the studio

IT Requirements 

  • Experienced with using Zedonk
  • Working with dropbox filing systems
  • Experienced with using excel
  • Experience working with Klaviyo
  • Confident in using Shopify
