Shipping

All Nicholas Daley web-store items are packaged and dispatched from our studio in North London. Please allow 1-2 days for the ND team to quality check, package and deliver the parcels to our local Royal Mail service.

We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays. When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

From January 2021 customers outside of the UK will not be charged VAT on any order from our e-shop however you may be required to pay local VAT/Duties when your order is passed through customs.

 UK DELIVERIES 

We offer free shipping to all UK orders over £200 and all parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed for service,  aiming to have all parcels delivered in 1 - 2 working days.

EU DELIVERIES 

We offer free shipping to all EU orders over £250. All of our parcels being delivered within the EU are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service, Aiming to have all EU shipment's delivered in 3 - 4 working days. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 

We offer free shipping to all International orders over £250. All parcels being sent internationally are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and signed service, Aiming to have all international shipments delivered in 7 - 10 working days 

All orders will receive tracking information and delivery times will vary depending on location and we encourage the buyer to check their tracking number on the Royal Mail website. If you have any queries regarding your order or shipping, please contact us at sales@nicholasdaley.net and we will to get back to you within 24 hours.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm GMT.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING INFORMATION 2023-24 

UK ORDERS 
                
To receive deliveries before Christmas please note our order cut off is 3pm on the 18th December. We offer free shipping to all UK orders over £200 and all parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed for service.
 
EU ORDERS
            
To receive deliveries before Christmas our EU order cut off is 12pm on the 15th December. We offer free shipping to all EU orders over £250. All of our parcels being delivered within the EU are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service.
         
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
           
To receive deliveries before Christmas our international order cut off is 12pm on the 15th December.  Please note, we aim to process all online orders received up until 3pm on the  20th of December before Christmas, however the delivery date cannot be guaranteed before Christmas and will be determined by the postal service.
                      
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
                         
Our customer service will be closed from end of day 22rd  December until 2nd January. We appreciate your patience and any enquiries between that time will be dealt with on our return.

Returns

You may return items sold by Nicholas Daley within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale, promotional or archive items cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at sales@nicholasdaley.net with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. 

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item.  Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
