From January 2021 customers outside of the UK will not be charged VAT on any order from our e-shop however you may be required to pay local VAT/Duties when your order is passed through customs.
All Nicholas Daley web-store items are packaged and dispatched from our studio in North London. The ND team quality check, package and deliver the parcels through our local Royal Mail service and orders placed before 1pm GMT will be processed and shipped the same day (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day but charged at the same shipping rate.
We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays. When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
We offer free shipping to all UK orders over £150 and all parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed for service, aiming to have all parcels delivered in 1 - 2 working days.
We offer free shipping to all EU orders over £200. All of our parcels being delivered within the EU are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service, Aiming to have all EU shipment's delivered in 3 - 4 working days.
We offer free shipping to all International orders over £200. All parcels being sent internationally are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and signed service, Aiming to have all international shipments delivered in 7 - 10 working days
All orders will receive tracking information and delivery times will vary depending on location and we encourage the buyer to check their tracking number on the Royal Mail website. You may return items sold by Nicholas Daley within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.
To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
